Houston—August, 18, 2015—This evening, Origin was the final stop for 10 emerging designers and the 10 proven design professionals who served as their mentors through 1-on-1 collaboration.
The design professionals who participated presented examples of their favorite work and spoke to taking risks and the role failure at the project level plays in continued success and growth at the professional level.
Former Originite Michelle Coffey wrapped up the evening sharing her experience with her personal passion project for A 2nd Cup.
Origin designer Jairo Razo was selected to participate in Design Loop in 2014 speaks first hand to the value this type of programming brings to young designers.
“Having access to an established Houston designer and business owner not only gave me greater insight into the industry, it also gave me the confidence to present my work and opinions to established creatives as I prepared to enter the field.” says Razo.
